We invite you to join us for another illustrated talk by Chris Foster. He will guide you on a virtual walk around the far south of the London Borough of Camden, following his footsteps from when he was a Bobby on the Beat in the 1970s.
Some of you may remember Chris talking to us before in 2021 and again last March with his memories of Kings Cross and Hatton Garden. He is now ready to launch his new presentation in a similar light-hearted style, mixing in a bit of history with a fair smattering of stories and memories from the past. We will meet some of his heroes along the way from Holborn to Leicester Square Underground Stations.
Chris is a qualified member of Camden Tour Guides Association, and his aim is to entertain you for a fun-packed hour.
This talk will be held in person at the C of E Junior School, Cambridge Road, Chingford E4 7BP. (Just off Station Road near the Co-op).
There’s no need to book if you’re attending in person but if you would like to watch via Zoom please book via Eventbrite below. Members have been sent the code to enable them to get a free ticket.
