Greg Tonkin was for many years both Secretary to Walthamstow Historical Society and one of its most authoritative writers. The Society holds a considerable archive of his pictures taken in the 1960s and 1970s of Waltham Forest and Essex. We shall enjoy a selection of these together with other earlier images from the Society’s own collection
